gebruiken<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>AdBlue\u00ae (een mengsel van 32,5% ureum en gedemineraliseerd water) is essentieel voor het verminderen van de uitstoot van stikstofoxiden (NOx) in moderne dieselmotoren die zijn uitgerust met SCR-systemen (Selective Catalytic Reduction).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AdBlue\u00ae is echter chemisch instabiel. Na verloop van tijd of onder bepaalde omstandigheden kan het afbreken en <strong>kristallen<\/strong> vormen (meestal cyanuurzuurkristallen). Deze afzettingen kunnen de injector verstoppen, de leidingen blokkeren of sensoren en katalysatoren beschadigen, wat tot dure reparaties kan leiden.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dit is waar <strong>anti-kristallisatie additieven<\/strong> om de hoek komen kijken. Ze zijn ontworpen om de vorming van kristallen <strong>te voorkomen<\/strong> of om ze <strong>op te lossen<\/strong> als ze eenmaal verschijnen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\">\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Waarom kristalliseert AdBlue\u00ae?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Verschillende omstandigheden verhogen het risico op kristallisatie in AdBlue\u00ae:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Herhaalde korte ritten<\/strong>: het SCR-systeem bereikt niet zijn volledige bedrijfstemperatuur, waardoor AdBlue\u00ae niet volledig verdampt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Veelvuldig stoppen en rijden<\/strong>: gebruikelijk in de stad (taxi&#8217;s, bussen, bestelwagens).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Voertuigen die weinig gebruikt worden<\/strong>: wanneer AdBlue\u00ae lange tijd stil blijft staan in de tank en de leidingen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Koude klimaten<\/strong>: lage temperaturen versnellen het kristallisatierisico.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Restafzettingen<\/strong>: als AdBlue\u00ae opdroogt rond het injectiepistool, vormen zich snel kristallen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Deze situaties komen vaak voor bij zowel <strong>priv\u00e9voertuigen<\/strong> als <strong>professionele wagenparken<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\">\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Belangrijkste categorie\u00ebn additieven<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Er zijn twee fundamentele benaderingen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1.Stand-Alone additieven<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Handmatig toegevoegd aan de AdBlue\u00ae-tank naast standaard AdBlue\u00ae.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voorbeelden zijn:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Admax (Xenum)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00e9caTech D2U<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tunap 987 \/ Tunap 988<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opwarmen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wynn&#8217;s anti-kristallisatie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bardahl Anti-kristallisatie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Deze producten worden meestal gedoseerd met ongeveer <strong>25-100 ml per 8-12 liter<\/strong> AdBlue\u00ae, afhankelijk van het merk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Functies:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Voorkom de vorming van cyanuurzuurkristallen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Los bestaande kristallen op.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bescherm injectoren, pompen en sensoren tegen verstopping.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verminder het risico dat er SCR-storingsindicatoren op het dashboard verschijnen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\">\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.
