Profitable Production
Mixing urea with water results in a temperature drop due to its endothermic reaction. Traditional systems need a substantial 75 kW of heating energy to dissolve urea, but our innovative system achieves the same outcome with just 15 kW. This significant reduction in energy requirements translates to lower unit costs and enhanced profitability.
Fast Production
Each batch in our production takes only about 20 minutes, highlighting our process’s efficiency and energy savings for rapid production. In comparison, conventional systems require at least 2 hours for heating and mixing.
Smart Production
Our automated system precisely controls and mixes urea and water without the need for manual intervention. It continuously monitors and adjusts the proportions of each component in real-time, ensuring that no batches are wasted. This dynamic approach maximizes efficiency, saving both time and energy.
Minimum Manpower
Our production process requires a maximum of three staff members. Their tasks involve loading raw material bags into the urea hopper, then monitoring the system through the display for three hours. After this period, a quality control check is performed, completing their responsibilities.

Why NPK?
NPK fertilizers are nutrient-rich fertilizers that contain a combination of nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and potassium (K). They are essential for providing the necessary nutrients to plants and promoting healthy growth and development. NPK varieties vary in their nutrient ratios, and their specific usage depends on the nutritional needs of different crops and soil conditions. The choice of NPK variety depends on factors such as the type of crop, its growth stage, soil nutrient levels, and specific crop requirements. Farmers and gardeners must conduct soil tests and consult with agricultural experts to determine the appropriate NPK formulation to meet the nutritional needs of their crops and ensure optimal growth and productivity.
NPK 10-20-10: This variety contains 10% nitrogen, 20% phosphorus, and 10% potassium. It is commonly used as a starter fertilizer for young plants and during flowering and fruiting stages of various crops like vegetables, fruits, and flowers.
NPK 20-20-20: This balanced NPK fertilizer has equal parts of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium, each at 20%. It is a versatile fertilizer suitable for a wide range of crops, including vegetables, grains, fruits, and ornamental plants.
NPK 15-15-15: With an equal balance of 15% nitrogen, 15% phosphorus, and 15% potassium, this fertilizer is used for general-purpose applications and as a maintenance fertilizer for established plants.
NPK 12-24-12: This variety has 12% nitrogen, 24% phosphorus, and 12% potassium. It is often used for promoting root development and flowering in various plants, including vegetables and flowering ornamentals.NPK 10-30-10: With 10% nitrogen, 30% phosphorus, and 10% potassium, this fertilizer is favored for promoting strong root systems and enhancing flowering and fruiting stages in plants.
NPK 5-10-10: This formulation contains 5% nitrogen, 10% phosphorus, and 10% potassium. It is commonly used for enhancing fruiting and root development in orchard crops and woody plants.NPK 6-12-12: With 6% nitrogen, 12% phosphorus, and 12% potassium, this fertilizer is suitable for promoting root growth and early stages of plant development.
NPK 20-10-10: This variety has 20% nitrogen, 10% phosphorus, and 10% potassium. It is often used for promoting vegetative growth in turfgrass, lawns, and leafy vegetables.
