usarli<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;AdBlue\u00ae (una miscela di urea al 32,5% e acqua demineralizzata) \u00e8 essenziale per ridurre le emissioni di ossidi di azoto (NOx) nei moderni motori diesel dotati di sistemi SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tuttavia, l&#8217;AdBlue\u00ae \u00e8 chimicamente instabile. Con il tempo, o in determinate condizioni, pu\u00f2 degradarsi e formare <strong>cristalli<\/strong> (soprattutto cristalli di acido cianurico). Questi depositi possono intasare l&#8217;iniettore, bloccare le linee o danneggiare i sensori e i catalizzatori, causando costose riparazioni.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c8 qui che entrano in gioco <strong>gli additivi anticristallizzazione<\/strong>. Sono progettati per <strong>prevenire la<\/strong> formazione di cristalli o per <strong>dissolverli<\/strong> una volta comparsi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\">\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Perch\u00e9 l&#8217;AdBlue\u00ae si cristallizza?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Diverse condizioni aumentano il rischio di cristallizzazione dell&#8217;AdBlue\u00ae:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ripetuti viaggi brevi<\/strong>: il sistema SCR non raggiunge la sua temperatura di esercizio, quindi l&#8217;AdBlue\u00ae non si vaporizza completamente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Guida frequente in modalit\u00e0 stop-and-go<\/strong>: comune nell&#8217;uso urbano (taxi, autobus, camion per le consegne).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Veicoli utilizzati di rado<\/strong>: quando l&#8217;AdBlue\u00ae rimane stagnante nel serbatoio e nei tubi per lunghi periodi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Climi freddi<\/strong>: le basse temperature accelerano i rischi di cristallizzazione.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Depositi residui<\/strong>: se l&#8217;AdBlue\u00ae si secca intorno all&#8217;ugello dell&#8217;iniettore, si formano rapidamente dei cristalli.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Queste situazioni sono comuni sia nei <strong>veicoli privati<\/strong> che nelle <strong>flotte professionali<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\">\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Principali categorie di additivi<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Esistono due approcci fondamentali:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1.Additivi singoli<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Viene aggiunto manualmente al serbatoio dell&#8217;AdBlue\u00ae insieme all&#8217;AdBlue\u00ae standard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alcuni esempi sono:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Admax (Xenum)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00e9caTech D2U<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tunap 987 \/ Tunap 988<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Riscaldamento<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L&#8217;anticristallizzazione di Wynn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bardahl Anti-cristallizzazione<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Questi prodotti sono generalmente dosati a circa <strong>25-100 ml per 8-12 litri<\/strong> di AdBlue\u00ae, a seconda della marca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Funzioni:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Previene la formazione di cristalli di acido cianurico.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sciogli i cristalli esistenti.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proteggono iniettori, pompe e sensori dall&#8217;intasamento.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ridurre il rischio che sul cruscotto appaiano le spie di malfunzionamento dell&#8217;SCR.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\">\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. AdBlue\u00ae additivato premiscelato<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Invece di aggiungere un prodotto separato, l&#8217;AdBlue\u00ae stesso contiene gi\u00e0 un agente anticristallizzante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Riferimenti principali:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>ClearNOx\u00ae totale (noto anche come Diaxol\u00ae)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>CleanR MAX\u00ae (oli Renault Trucks)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vantaggi:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pronto all&#8217;uso (non \u00e8 necessario il dosaggio manuale).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Funziona per <strong>tutti i veicoli<\/strong> dotati di SCR (auto, camion, macchine agricole, autobus).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pi\u00f9 conveniente per un uso regolare o professionale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\">\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Additivi internazionali (riferimenti in inglese)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Oltre ai prodotti europei, altri nomi compaiono spesso nel mercato di lingua inglese:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>5in1 Blue+ AdBlue\u00ae Enhancer (250 ml)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wynn&#8217;s Crystal Clean &amp; Protect (125 ml)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fort\u00e9 Prevenzione dei cristalli di scarico (150 ml)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\">\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Vantaggi dell&#8217;uso di additivi anticristallizzanti<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Risparmio sulla manutenzione<\/strong>: evita la sostituzione di iniettori o catalizzatori.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sistema pi\u00f9 pulito<\/strong>: previene i depositi nei serbatoi, nei tubi e nei moduli di dosaggio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Affidabilit\u00e0<\/strong>: meno avvisi sul cruscotto, modalit\u00e0 limp o riduzioni di potenza del motore.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Uso universale<\/strong>: adatto per auto, furgoni, camion e motori diesel industriali.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Flessibilit\u00e0<\/strong>: pu\u00f2 essere preventiva (uso regolare) o correttiva (per pulire un sistema gi\u00e0 compromesso).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\">\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Raccomandazioni per la sicurezza e l&#8217;uso<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Non versare mai nel serbatoio del gasolio<\/strong>: gli additivi sono destinati esclusivamente al serbatoio dell&#8217;AdBlue\u00ae.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Usa un imbuto con un beccuccio flessibile per evitare schizzi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conservare in un luogo asciutto, al riparo dalla luce del sole, e tenere ben chiuso.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Indossa guanti e occhiali protettivi &#8211; i prodotti possono essere irritanti o infiammabili.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rispetta sempre il dosaggio consigliato sulla confezione.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\">\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Conclusione<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La cristallizzazione \u00e8 uno dei principali rischi associati all&#8217;AdBlue\u00ae.
