utilizarlos<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>AdBlue\u00ae (una mezcla de 32,5% de urea y agua desmineralizada) es esencial para reducir las emisiones de \u00f3xido de nitr\u00f3geno (NOx) en los motores di\u00e9sel modernos equipados con sistemas SCR (Reducci\u00f3n Catal\u00edtica Selectiva).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, el AdBlue\u00ae es qu\u00edmicamente inestable. Con el tiempo, o en determinadas condiciones, puede degradarse y formar <strong>cristales<\/strong> (principalmente cristales de \u00e1cido cian\u00farico). Estos dep\u00f3sitos pueden atascar el inyector, obstruir los conductos o da\u00f1ar los sensores y catalizadores, provocando costosas reparaciones.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aqu\u00ed es donde entran en juego <strong>los aditivos anticristalizaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Est\u00e1n dise\u00f1ados para <strong>impedir<\/strong> la formaci\u00f3n de cristales o para <strong>disolverlos<\/strong> una vez que aparecen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\">\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 cristaliza el AdBlue\u00ae?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Varias condiciones aumentan el riesgo de cristalizaci\u00f3n en AdBlue\u00ae:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Desplazamientos cortos repetidos<\/strong>: el sistema SCR no alcanza su temperatura m\u00e1xima de funcionamiento, por lo que el AdBlue\u00ae no se vaporiza completamente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Conducci\u00f3n frecuente con paradas y arranques<\/strong>: habitual en el uso urbano (taxis, autobuses, camiones de reparto).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Veh\u00edculos utilizados con poca frecuencia<\/strong>: cuando el AdBlue\u00ae permanece estancado en el dep\u00f3sito y los conductos durante largos periodos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Climas fr\u00edos<\/strong>: las bajas temperaturas aceleran los riesgos de cristalizaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dep\u00f3sitos residuales<\/strong>: si AdBlue\u00ae se seca alrededor de la boquilla del inyector, se forman cristales r\u00e1pidamente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas situaciones son habituales tanto en <strong>veh\u00edculos particulares<\/strong> como en <strong>flotas profesionales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\">\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Principales categor\u00edas de aditivos<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hay dos enfoques fundamentales:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1.Aditivos aut\u00f3nomos<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Se a\u00f1ade manualmente al dep\u00f3sito de AdBlue\u00ae junto con el AdBlue\u00ae est\u00e1ndar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Algunos ejemplos son:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Admax (Xenum)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00e9caTech D2U<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tunap 987 \/ Tunap 988<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Calentamiento<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anticristalizaci\u00f3n de Wynn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anticristalizaci\u00f3n Bardahl<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos productos suelen dosificarse a unos <strong>25-100 ml por cada 8-12 litros<\/strong> de AdBlue\u00ae, seg\u00fan la marca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Funciones:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Evitar la formaci\u00f3n de cristales de \u00e1cido cian\u00farico.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disuelve los cristales existentes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Protege inyectores, bombas y sensores de la obstrucci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reduce el riesgo de que aparezcan indicadores de mal funcionamiento del SCR en el salpicadero.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\">\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.
